Abstract*: Die Landesregierung hat nach dem Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz 2011 durch Verordnungen Raumordnungsprogramme für eine geordnete und nachhaltige räumliche Entwicklung des Landes zu erlassen. Darin sind bestimmte Gebiete zur baulichen Freihaltung für die Landwirtschaft, Landschaft oder Ökologie vorgesehen. In anderen Gebieten ist die Widmung von Sonderflächen für Freizeit- und Sportanlagen zulässig, in den Kernzonen von zentralen Orten ist die Widmung von Sonderflächen für Einkaufszentren möglich. Die Landwirtschaftlichen Vorsorgeflächen sind im tirisMaps im Thema Freihaltegebiete bei der übergeordneten Datenebene Überörtliche Raumordnung enthalten. Die Überörtliche Raumordnung ist dem INSPIRE Datenthema Bodennutzung (Annex III) zugeordnet.

Data History*: Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz Am 11.Jänner 2005 wurde ein Raumordnungsprogramm betreffend der Seilbahnen und schitechnische Erschließung (Tiroler Seilbahn- und Schigebietsprogramm 2005) von der Tiroler Landesregierung verordnet.Dieses Raumordnungsprogramm wurde am 12.07.2011 fortgeschrieben. Raumordnungsprogramme betreffend landwirtschaftliche Vorrangflächen und überörtliche Grünzonen werden seit 1991 für Planungsverbände ausgewiesen. Die Erfassung erfolgt auf Orthofotos und der Katastralmappe.
